Look Solutions is a German manufacturer of high performance fog and haze equipment. Look Solutions USA is the North American branch of Look Solutions, responsible for sales and service in the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico.
Look Solutions USA is headquartered in western Maryland. Sales, shipping, and customer service are overseen by Hunter Totty, Director of Operations. Hunter runs a very efficient operation, with orders processed immediately upon receipt and shipped out same day, and invoicing and tracking information also emailed same day.
Technical support is provided by Nathan Kahn, President of Look Solutions USA. Nathan answers the Technical Services line personally during regular business hours, and emergency messages left after hours are generally responded to quickly.
